Modifications shown throughout the video. Please note the video is sped up, so please go at your own pace!
- Beginners (Awesome) – 5-10 reps of each exercise – 1-2 rounds – after each round rest for 30-60 seconds.
- Intermediate (Super Awesome) – 10 reps of each exercise -2-3 rounds – after each round rest for 30-60 seconds.
- Advanced (Super Awesome) – 10-20 reps of each exercise – 3-4 rounds – rest after each round for 30-60 seconds.
